The Corporation may: 

(a) conduct, fund, and otherwise support:

(1) the combination of knowledge and technology to promote, encourage, and drive personal growth and individual well-being and health, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or location;

(2) activities and efforts purposed to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in education regarding, knowledge about, and access to technological opportunities;

(3) activities and efforts to empower youth to reach life aspirations through education and job opportunities, including those in remote and underserved communities and minorities;

(4) activities and efforts to establish and maintain economic development and locally driven individual growth, for the benefit of the general public and to drive greater social progress;

(5) educational, technical, and other charitable programming for the benefit of the general public and to ensure demand-driven job experiences;

(6) initiatives that teach modern skills in coding, data science, and artificial intelligence to advance individuals' capabilities and job-readiness;

(7) the development, promotion, dissemination, and widespread, public use of emerging technologies that foster social well-being and sustainability; and

(8) other activities and efforts to promote charitable and educational causes, benefit the general public, and enhance social welfare; and

(b) provide educational resources and information to help individuals access quality education and the latest technology, including through, without limitation, sharing insights, results, and conclusions to educate the public on this subject, which is useful to the individual and beneficial to the community;

(c) organize, facilitate, sponsor, co-sponsor, and/or intellectually contribute to public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures, publications, and other public media on topics related to furthering education, combining knowledge and technology, and fostering educational partnerships with industry;

(d) make gifts, grants, distributions, and contributions to, and otherwise support and benefit, other Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.
